Todd is perhaps one of the most creative, smart & capable people I know. Whatever he puts his mind & heart to succeeds. He really does have that 'Midas touch.'

'Visionary' is the word that comes to mind when I think about Todd. I've had the pleasure of knowing Todd for 3 years, and I couldn't have asked for a better boss.
